Chapter 1

"UFff!" Everett landed on his back. His scateboard clattered beside him. "Dude, you didn't land that one."
"No! You think?" He looked down at his watch. "I have to go help my dad with the live stock. See you at school tomorow."
"See ya." Everett brushed himself off and scatted out of the park. He droped the board into the back seat of his Jetta. Everett climed in and headed home.

"You got changed fast." Everett was standing in the door of the barn. Unlike the cargo pants and Viva La Bam shirt he was wearing at the scate park, he was in thick dark blue jeans and a white t-shirt. He had on a faded red base ball cap and leather gloves.
"Yah, well, getting home late kind of motivated me."
"Then I think I need to make up for that lost time." Everett hoisted a bale of hay over his sholder and started over to the horse stalls.
"I already fed the horses sport, but the cows are hungry." Everett kind of rolled his eyes and left the barn. He walked right next door to the dairy barn. When he was done, Everett and his father hooked up the cows to the milking machine.
"Go help your sister with the chickens, but make sure that you get back in time to take them off." He motationed to the cows. "Oh, and I was thinking about letting you have some more time after school on tuesdays, but are you going to plan of convincing me?"
"How about if I tell May that if she convinces you, I will leave her alown."
"If May goes for it... you know those big blue eyes of her's can be very persuasive."
"Yes dad, I know about those eyes of hers, they got some kind of magic... Twenty minets?" Everett pointed at the cows.
"Yah."
As Everett passed by the hay barn, he pulled his shit off and hung it of a pichfork. From there he headed tword the chicken coop.
"May, do you need help?"
"No, and put a shirt on!" Demanded May
"But it's hot."
"Well you don't see me take my shirt off when its too hot."
"Thats because no one want to see you with your shirt off."
"Why YOU!" May threw and egg that found its mark on Everett's jeans.
"Ha! you mis- " The second egg landed right in his face. "If you tell dad to let me have more free time, I'll stop teasing you like this."
"Promise?"
"If I brake it, dad punishes me." Everett offered. May smiled.
"Ev you got yourself a deal." She went to shake his hand, but reconsidered. "We'll shake when you not covered in egg."
"Hey, would you help dad with the cows, I need to get this egg off."
"If you finish with the chickens, they still need to be feed." May handed him the bascet of eggs. Everett tried his best to pull the egg off. He finished collecting the eggs and feading the chickens.

"What happened to you?" Ev's mom asked stifeling laughter.
"I picked a fight with Mayren-von-Temper." Everett started climbing the stairs and his mother clould no longer contain the giggles.
Ev turned the shower and waited for the water to warm up. "She drives me crazy." He muttered to himself. "At least dad is listening to me." When Ev was compleaty free of egg he went into his room. After he was clothed he ploped down at his computer. "Bling"

A large crash shook the house.
"What was that?"
SkateboardAndaCombine: Gtta go!
